1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Jeevan Sahay website and making donations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Donations

All donations made through Jeevan Sahay are voluntary contributions to Jeevan Sahay Trust, a registered charitable trust. Donations are used exclusively for charitable purposes as described on campaign pages.

Jeevan Sahay Trust is registered under applicable Indian laws and holds 80G and 12A certifications from the Income Tax Department of India.

3. Donor Responsibilities

  • You must be 18 years or older to make a donation.
  • Provide accurate information including name, email, and PAN (when required for 80G).
  • Ensure payment information is valid and authorized.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Use of Funds

Funds raised through each campaign are used as described on the campaign page. A small portion (not exceeding 10%) may be used for operational costs such as payment processing, technology, and administration. We publish quarterly fund-utilization reports on our Transparency page.

5. Tax Receipts

80G receipts are issued for all qualifying donations and are auto-emailed within minutes of a successful payment. For donations of ₹500 and above, PAN is required to issue valid 80G receipts.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, videos, logos — is the property of Jeevan Sahay Trust. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jeevan Sahay Trust is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of your most recent donation.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
