Jeevan Sahay Trust is an Indian charitable trust working to support children, families, elderly people, patients, and underserved communities through verified donation-led initiatives.

The website jeevansahay.com allows donors to view campaigns, make voluntary donations, sponsor birthday celebrations, receive donation confirmations, and access impact updates where available.

By accessing this website, submitting a form, creating a donor account, or making a donation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or make a donation through it.

All donations are voluntary contributions made toward charitable causes shown on the website. Donation amounts are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed through Razorpay or another authorized payment gateway. Jeevan Sahay does not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, netbanking passwords, or wallet credentials.

For selected packages, campaigns, or monthly giving plans, the payable amount may be fixed by the selected option and passed securely to the payment gateway.

Donors are responsible for providing accurate name, email, phone number, PAN, and receipt details wherever requested.

PAN and other statutory details may be required for valid tax receipts or donor compliance records. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay receipt issuance or correction.

Donations are used for charitable activities, campaign execution, beneficiary support, program administration, payment gateway charges, technology costs, communication, and other lawful operating needs connected with Jeevan Sahay's charitable work.

Campaign descriptions, progress values, and impact updates are prepared in good faith. Final utilization may vary depending on beneficiary needs, field conditions, availability of supplies, and operational requirements.

Donation confirmations and receipts are issued based on successful payment records and details provided by the donor.

Tax benefit eligibility, including 80G treatment where applicable, depends on the trust's current approvals, donor details, applicable law, and the nature of the donation. Donors should consult their tax advisor before filing any claim.

If a refund is processed, the related receipt may be cancelled or treated as void.

Monthly giving features may use Razorpay Subscriptions, UPI AutoPay, or another recurring payment method once enabled for the account.

By authorizing a recurring mandate, the donor permits recurring debits as per the selected plan until the mandate is cancelled, paused, expired, or otherwise terminated.

Monthly giving activation is subject to payment gateway availability, bank approval, UPI AutoPay limits, and successful donor mandate authorization.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with payment flows, submit false information, copy content for misleading use, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend access, reject a transaction, pause a campaign, or remove content if required for safety, compliance, donor protection, or operational reasons.

The Jeevan Sahay name, logo, website design, copy, photographs, videos, campaign materials, and other content are owned by or licensed to Jeevan Sahay Trust.

You may not reproduce, modify, publish, or commercially use website content without written permission, except for personal sharing of public campaign links.

The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. While we work to keep information accurate, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or continuous payment gateway availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeevan Sahay Trust will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, payment gateway downtime, bank delays, network issues, or third-party service failures.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be handled by competent courts in India.
