• PAN (for 80G receipts, when provided)
• Billing address (optional)
• Payment transaction IDs (not card numbers — we never store those)
• Device and browser information for security

• Process your donation and issue 80G receipts
• Send celebration photos and impact updates
• Respond to your support queries
• Send occasional newsletters (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• Improve our platform and prevent fraud

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Razorpay — to process payments securely
• Resend — to deliver transactional emails
• Supabase — secure database hosting
• Government authorities if required by law

4. Data Retention

Donation records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by Indian law for audit purposes. You may request deletion of your personal account data (excluding legally required records) by emailing support@jeevansahay.org.

5. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication, analytics (PostHog, Google Analytics), and Meta Pixel for advertising attribution. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account data
• Opt out of marketing communications
